After searching to find a pinout for the Gentex 104 6 pin mirror from a 1995 Ford Windstar, I was able to open it up and obtain a picture for viewing. The front plastic bezel just snaps out but there is one torq bit screw under the front decal by the buttons. You will need to just peel carefully the decal off to get to it. The glue behind the decal is very flexible and can be reused again to like new. The picture is self explanatory with the appropriate marks on the printed circuit board. I still have no clue what the 2 additional pins marked DEC + and - are for.
Hope this helps with some installation wiring headaches.
