my remote stopped workin out of the blue all it does is beep 3 times when i press any button. how can i fix it

It would help if you posted more information about the system, like the exact model number of the system.

Most 2-way DEI remotes that lose sync with the brain (which sounds like what your problem might be) can be re-synced by unplugging the antenna in the vehicle and then reconnecting it.

Most likely then not you need a new remote. The Viper 2 ways aren't know for their longevity.

That's true I'm on my 5 remote and 3rd brain swap but wen they do work they work like a champ! Lol
