Hi all, I've been getting some good help on here lately and I have yet another question;

The CompuStar P2WSH specifies in it's manual that the AUX settings can only be set to a pinout using an OP500 remote/programmer (special options group). Is this so? No other way to hack away at those settings?

If there isn't, who knows of a reasonable installer in Ottawa Canada that might change a few of the special options for a low fee? posted_image

Thanks

How did you get your hands on a Compustar pro?

And yes... you need the programmer!

I got it in exchange for about $250. :p

Dang money suckers, a separate programmer for AUX... crazy.

OP500 is the programming bitwriter. you need that set/change the option of the aux from timed, latched, pulse, etc. As for an installer, check the FIND INSTALLERS tab and search up where you live. maybe there is an authorized dealer there. As for the compustart P2WSH, if u got it for 250, that is one good deal. Any idea where that guy got the PRO from? because compustar units (PRO) series are hard to find out on the market. there are P2W900FM, that is easy to find, but P2WSSR is the king.
