i have a 92 civic which i just got the prior owner put in a ungo ms850 alarm. i have had nothing but problems with it so i decided to remove it no when i turn my headlights on the car powers up it does not start but the fuel pump and all that cycles.. also i cant get the car to shut off when the key is off unless i turn the headlights off or turn the hazzard lights off/on does this make any sence did i miss a part of the alarm? please someone give me some assistance here.
The ignition was not rewired properly? Check te wiring section and make shure the color codes are correct.

Exactly! Make sure you removed all of the added aftermarket wiring. Then just make sure all the stock wires were reconnected properly and not crossed. Sounds like your parking lights or low beam lights are somehow wired to the ignition wire that power the fuel pump when the key is turned to the run position. Make sure you accessory wire/s isn't connected to the ignition wire/s.

you definetely have some crossed wired in your ign wires. sounds like you have your parklights tied into your ign/acc. get a meter and check that all wires are hooked up properly
Also make sure you removed any starter kill relays. Their might be one hidden and still wired up. This actually happened to me once hehe.
