my unit does not respond to the remote start command when I'm in range.
When I'm out range it show the transmitter attempting to receive the signal. As a result my remote start does not work. Alarm feature work find. Anyone know how to program passive arming without a bit writer or what may cause my remote feature not to work.

Install manual for your system can be found: here. It explains in detail how to get into and change programming options (like passive arming).

Is the override toggle in the on position?

Thanks for the acknowledgement. Oh my system works great now.
I solved my issue with the start. LIL heads up is Ground the natural safety wire. This to me wasn't mention in the installation manual. So anyone have this same issue double check that wire.
It makes the difference between the transponder responding or not
