Hello, I'm thinking to use KEY OVERRIDE-SL2 to bypass the immobilizer. I just want to ask where to connect the BLUE & GREEN wires coming from the SL2 unit. If I'm not mistaken there's a 2 pin white plug under steering column and the blue wire is key sense. So I'm thinking green wire from SL2 unit should be connected to blue from 2 pin plug. Thanks!

Do you not have the instructions for the module ? BLUE goes the GOWR and the GREEN goes to the key sense wire at the ignition switch.

I also want to ask what most people used to bypass the immobilizer (especially in this particular car). I think 556U is better and easier to install due to programming is not required. ------------- Just About Anything Sparks

The Fortin Keyoverride is what we use. It retains the security integrity of the OEM immobilizer and you don't have to loose a key to the system. Also, if the key freezes up, you don't have remote start.

I use the XK05 from xpresskit. Grab the IMO/IMI wires right above the gas pedal. its not affected by cold weather like a key wrap or key box

keyoveride works on ford and toyotas so it reduces the amount of bypasses you need to stock
