I'm have trouble wiring up the locks in this car. I can unlock and disarm but cannot lock. The wire listed for lock rests at 3-5 volts when the car is unlocked and goes to and stays at ground when locked. The unlock wire behaves the exact opposite but only rests at about 1 volt when locked. I get the car to unlock with a ground pulse, but pulsing the lock wire does not trip the locks. I should also mention there is no module in the door. I've asked alot of guys about this so far and no one knows, any help would be great. Thanks

You have not listed the wire colors you are using....so you must have the wrong unlock wire because they are (NEG)-

LOCK Yellow/gray In driver's kickpanel   -
 UNLOCK Gray/red In driver's kickpanel   -

FACTORY ARM Arms with lock wire
FACTORY DISARM blue/brown Black plug above DKP   -
