I have a Viper 350hv alarm installed in my 03 mustang. It has work flawlessly. All of sudden one day it did not work anymore. I thought it was my battery in my remote and replaced. It did not work.
I also checked to see if my brain would respond, so i did the program a feature and the siren and led worked. So everything seems fine except my remotes will not respond.
Could my attenna be bad.
Please help.
thanks

It is very possible that the antenna is bad, or just a connection to the antenna. It is also possible that the remotes are bad. I have seen quite a few systems with that 'style' remote where the case actually separates a little and the button no longer makes good contact. A small piece of paper folded up behind the circuit board to make the board stay closer to the buttons has fixed a few of them for me.

Just follow Twelvoltz's suggestion, but you can also try it while the remote is open and see if your LED lights up too. If this doesn't do anything to you, remote might need replacement and program it to your module. As for the brain, they last a long time if use/installed properly.
