I just found about these things, they sound like the answer to a lot of projects. I couldn't find any spasific info so I need to ask. Could this be used w/relays for delayed headlights-turn them off after you leave the car? And if you can do that could it also be used for a turbo timer for a diesel truck?
Thanks for any help on this.

Yes it could be used for a large number of options including the delayed lights like you describe. DEI has had a piece (528T) similar to this for years that installers have used for all types of things from turbo timers to wait to start inputs for diesels to pretty much anything you can think of.

Thanks for the replay. I am concerned about the term "pulse" timer, I wanted to have the timer controlled by my dome light which would not be a pulse. would the DEI or the PAC work this way?

Yes, it monitors for a change of state on the input trigger wire...but will also work with just a pulse. Should work just fine for your application.
