We did an autostart install on this vehicle and we have 2 problems

1st: When you remote start the vehicle only the 1 side of the parking lights come on (1 side of the vehicle) we got the wire at the parking light switch

2: The remote start worked fine for about 1 month and now the customer is having a battery light come on in the dash.
This light does not come on when you start it with the key, it only comes on when you remote start the vehicle, once you remote start it and start driving the vehicle it will remain on in till you stop the vehicle and restart it with the key.

Customer took the vehicle to the audi dealership and they say it is not a battery or alternator issue because it only happens when you remote start the vehicle.

there is going to be another parking light wire for the other side of the car you have to diode isolate them both to the parking light wire and you are either missing a second acc or 2nd ign something of that sort thats causing the battery light to come on.

You did not hook up the 2nd STARTER wire ( BLUE (+)) It must be connected for remote start or the battery will not charge and the light will come on in the dash. A pulse at crank activates this wire and the wire then stays on. It can not simply be tied in to the starter circuit or the starter will grind on remote start. You must use a relay off the primary starter line to power this wire at crank.
