I installed the G165B and was very simple .now I ground the blue/white wire and it starts so I know it is done correct. i have read every link on how to program this system nothing worked? 3 batterys later , I read somewhere that it could be force to learn the code. How is this done ? Thank you .

Are you disconnecting the battery everytime you try to program it? I did one of these and the programming was very annoying, IF you don't get it right then you gotta keep undoing the battery and starting over..... I couldn't really find any trick to it except stand back but not too far back...

Yes What I did was removed the wires from the unit waited 5 min and tryed to progam it again .still nothing .I Even let it sit over night and tryed the next day .nothing .like I said I tryed everything posted in this forman .My next step s to wire it to my power door locks with the bl/white wire being my system is a ground and so is that wire . Than I can toss The remote.

I read  a post that mentioned to take the remote and install Two batterys in it just for force programing .Has anyone tried This? makes sence ?seeing That the first thing to do is replace the battery.
