Now most New 07-08 GM's Are coming out with Build in Rs with sucks cause that makes it hard on me as an installer since they are doing this from the factory.   N e who i have a 08 Gmc van to do and i use Code alarm CA530 remote starts and my print out form tech services Says :
Starter 2 PINK/BLACK (+) IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS

MAY ALSO BE PINK ON SOME MODELS, THIS WIRE WILL TEST (+) FOR KEYSENSE AND GO TO APPROXIMATELY 5 VOLTS WHEN THE IGNITION CYLINDER IS TURNED TO ACCESSORY OR IGNITION, FOR REMOTE START INTEGRATION

I have 100's of alarms and Remote starts under my belt and i have never come across this any help would be nice thanks

Many new GM products are sharing an ignition wire for multiple functions. Practically all the trucks do this now...

Just like hydroz_23 said use the xk06, its works awesome with anything PK3+. The instructions for the XK are pretty much dead on just get your immobilizer wires and passlock wires in two different plugs by the ignition.
