after install of the r.s. i have no domelight control from the switch on the dash(dimmer) or when the doors open. i am not tied into that circuit as far as i know. it works when you press each light manually on the ceiling. any ideas would be great.

Check fuse # 32 and #35 in the rear fuse box under the rear seat. You could have also created a logic lock in the BCM. Disconnect the negative battery cable for a minute and then try again. The lights get 12 volts + on the gray/black wires from the BCM. It comes out of the pink plug of the BCM. Check the pins in the BCM if you unpluged it for a bent pin.

I'm going to ask a really dumb question so don't take offense, but is everything plugged in? I know its common sense, but i had a Highlander come back because the heater wasn't functioning properly, and come to find out, I was a pet monkey and forgot to plug a sensor back in. I just want to start with the basics :)
