Is there a way to test a sensor prior to actually installing it into the car? The reason I ask this is because I have a glass break sensor which is made by skytec. I already have my shock sensor installed and mounted in the car. My shock sensor does have a green and red light indicator when I tap the sensor itself. i just dont want to splice into the shock sensors wiring and later find out this new sensor doesnt work.

Has anyone ever installed and adjusted the skytec glass break sensor?
