I didnt see a listing up there for arm/disarm...they are found in the drivers kick panel in a blue plug, the harness coming from the drivers door.  Pink for arm, will also control the door locks.  Disarm is blue, first pulse disarms and unlocks drivers door, 2nd pulse unlocks all doors.   To disarm without unlocking hook up keysense (grey) at ignition switch.  The arm/disarm wires are they VERY small wires in that blue plug...

just be aware that most of your wires will be 24awg or smaller. you cannot use power at the ignition harness, use the large black wire going into the fuse panel.

I'm doing my 07 tundra now, the arm and disarm are in the same harness with the power door locks. They are
Arm with Lock (-) Lt. Blue - DKP
Disarm with Unlock (-) Pink - DKP
* Use these wires to make your factory alarm work side-by-side with your aftermarket unit.

I also tapped into the factory gbs sensor module and found the output in which i tied into my my aftermarket alarm.

If it's not custom, then it's not you.

I also ran a 10 guage amp kit for the remote start acc wires from the fuse box under the hood. First toyota ive seen with 20 guage or smaller wire in the igntion.
