Hey guys, I have 01 accord ex v6. I bought this car with DEI 552T remote starter installed with 555u bypass. Since I didn't receive the remote from previous seller, I was just using stock keyless entry and turning the car on manually with key. Now I have the remote and programming guide so I try to do it but it seems that brain box is just not working at all. It doesn't respond when I press the valet button, the LED doesn't even light up.

I was wondering if it is turned off somehow because I've been using stock keyless entry and turning on the engine manually with key. Is there any way to use the remote starter again??
I'd appreciate any help.

My first question is: did you programm the transmitter into the 552?

When you press button 1 (might be a roman numeral 1 or a lock icon) do the parking lights flash?

Did you do a tach learn?

Are you sure that the hoodswitch isn't sending a ground to the small gray?

Are you sure the brake switch isn't sending power to the smalll brown?

Are you sure that the BLACK/ white neutral safety wire sees a ground and if it's going through a switch that the switch is turned on?

I can't even program the transmitter since the brain itself is not even acting up. No response to buttons, LED doesn't even light up.

I checked the voltages but it seems that all the wires are disconnected somewhere.

UPDATE: I took out the brain and bypass as well. I can still start the engine with my key but the valet key that was in bypass box won't let me. It seems that stock immobilizer itself has been replaced..
