I also am putting a starter in a 2002 Ram 1500. I have a question about IGN3 and ACC wires. They both have 2 wires according to this list. So, how do I hook up my single output wire from the starter to the wire listed? Do I simply split the output and splice into both? I'm thinking this would bridge the wires and be a 'not-so-good' choice.

What are the other (correct) options?

BTW, Jeff (et al) thanks for your assistance...I would have returned this starter to the store by now had it not been for "y'all".... =)

Horn	16ga. GREEN/ Red (+) at fuse box under hood in Blue connector (remove 13mm bolt and plastic screw holding fuse box, slide out and flip over)
Tachometer
Lights (+)	16ga. BLACK / YELLOW in same harness as horn wire
Lights (-)	18ga. Violet / YELLOW at light switch @ 500-1000 ohm (turns on parking and head lights)
Brake Lights
Door 1	18ga. Tan (-) at white connector above driver’s kick panel (driver door) OR ALL TRIGS CAN BE FOUND TO THE RIGHT OF THE STEERING
Door 2	18ga. 18ga. Violet/Orange (-) at same (rear left door) COLUMN, LOOM RUNNING TO BEHIND GAUGES.TEST FOR

Disarm (key)	Same wire @ 500ohm
Arm Input	16ga. Tan/Pink (M) at same (wires rest open, ground to chassis with 10k ohm resistor, also advise resistor in line to prevent rearming on second unlock)
Disarm Input 1	16ga. Lt. Blue (M) at same (wire also rests open)
Disarm Input 2	16ga. Tan/Orange (M) at same (wire also rests open)
