I got most of the wires down but was confused on how to wire the door locks..  first of all, some details:

alarm: viper 5002    car: 00 honda s2000     door lock type:  5 Wire Alternating (+) 12V DC

I've been reading around and I believe I have to just tap into the keyless entry module (2 wires/slots I believe) but I dont know which wires should go just by looking at the descriptions on the manual...  let me paste the wiring list below and I am hoping this would look familiar to someone...

ok, researching some more, is it as simple as hooking up

H3/C Lock #30 Common (output)
and
H3/F Unlock#30 Common (output)
to the matching slots on 11 and 12 on the keyless entry module - for the s2000?
and leave all the other wires un-connected?  (slots 11 and 12 are inputs
for a lock/unlock signal.) -- doors are negative trigger

the veh by the way is a 5 Wire Alternating (+) 12 V DC

anyone? someone throw me a bone or something.. lol

you will need to cut the lock and unlock wires.

the unlock (car side) will go to blue/black pin h3/f.

the unlock (factory keyless side) will go to BROWN / black pin h3/e

the lock (car side) will go to green black pin h3/c

the lock (factory keyless side) will go to WHITE/ black pin h3/b

purple and PURPLE / black will go to 12volts

ummm, what if there is no wires to cut?  On this harness, pin 11 and 12 are the negative triggers for lock and unlock... but when there is no factory alarm installed, there are no wires in these slots..  From reading some of the guys that has installed this on their car, they seem to just tapped into these slots with the 2 wires mentioned.h3c and h3f but with no mention of the other wires.. wow, now i'm really confused!!

you could use the lock and unlock motor wires which are 5 wire and would be wired the same

sorry i'm a noob, but isnt the veh a negative trigger, therefor this should be grounded?  or am ilooking at it wrong?

Got the right wire!  still don't know how all those 5 wire mambo jambo comes into play, but those 2 slots i mentioned earlier seemed to be a negative trigger..  if you hook one of those slots up to a ground, it locks... if you ground the other slot, it unlocks...,..

For future s2000 guys out there using the 5002 viper, use slot 11 and 12 in the keyless entry..and wire your door harness using the (-) Ground Pulses Driving Factory Relays on the manual (page 11).

now I just got to find a way to get those pin connectors for the harness. lol

You need to figure a way to post a pic of your findings..... it's good info. These cars normally require 3 relays to do the locks.

In your case you would need an extra 2 since your unit has built in relays.
