I am installing a Valet 561R Remote Start with an XK532 Bypass in my 05 Jeep Grand Cherokee. What wires on the bypass do I need to use if I only want to add the remote start? I do not need to duplicate the unlock/lock buttons that I already have on my factory key fob. Just looking for any tips and tricks as this is my first install with this type of bypass and    it seems like these new chryslers/jeeps are a bit tricky. Thanks in advance.

What kind of problems are you running into? For that car i've only used the XK03 but the one you have is listed.that bypass itself is a little tricky. For what you are trying to do you would have came off better with the XK03. But where are you at so far in the install?

hemiwk57 - the pink/white(door trigger output), orange(trunk release input), green(lock), and blue(unlock) will NOT need to be connected.

All other wires/instructions are necessary to have your install work. In addition, you should be able to connect the pink (-) 3rd ignition output from the 561R to the XK532's brown GWR input. The relay in Figure 2 of the XK532's manual won't be necessary
