I have a audiovox 996-a alarm that has a ton of options, it came out of a Lincoln LS. I also pulled out 2 modules, a 555U which I think is a immobilizer, the other is AU-93-4 it has a ten pin & a three pin connector does anyone know what this is ?

Open the 555U up it probably has an extra key for the car inside of it. The 555U is used if the car has a transponder in the key. The car will not start without the key in the ignition, or inside the module. I have no idea what the other module is but I have not installed an alarm in about 20 Years. I am sure somebody else will be able to help you out with that.

Google is your friend.

Also, as far as the 996a,
Go to www.audiovox.com
hold your mouse over Customer Service, then click Manuals.
Don't use hypens, or their crude search feature won't work.
Just type in aps996a, and you should find both the install and owner's guides there.
