can i tap into the wires on my shock sensor they are the same colors on both sensors,will that affect the shock sensor if i do this?

hey u can check in a viper 791xv manual on pg.32 and this will show u how to correctly interface your 508d with shock sensor.

You can tap the blue and green in together but you really want to ground it where you grounded the alarm and get 12V from your constant power line, not from the shock sensor.
