Hi. I have a 2005 Chevy Suburban with a Prestige APS-55LRa Remote Start and a DEI 457G interface. It WAS working fine until I had to disconnect the battery for some service work. Now the doors don't work and the car dies immediately after remote starting. I believe that the DEI 457G needs to be set up again. This whole system was installed before I owned the vehicle. I have the Prestige manuals, but no information on the 457G. A search of this forum led me to a post with this link:

but as I am sure you know, directechs.com is now password protected. So, can anyone either tell me how to set up a 457G or how to obtain the magic manual? Many thanks.

click downloads above....and search 457g, you can download the pdf instructions/installation.
