I've searched through the manuals and guides for the 791xv but I haven't found anything yet that tells me the voltage and max current rating of the LED status output [single blue LED] from the controller.  I am looking to design my own LED bar and I am trying to figure out the max current rating for the LED output of the controller.  Does anyone know this spec?  Also, do you know the voltage output to the LED?

use a DMM and test it. some units will limit the output to 3.0 volts or so for the led, while others send out 12v and on the LED there a resistor inline.

DEI's outputs as long as I've known have been 2V...plugged an LED into 12 once and it got REALLY bright for a second posted_image
