I will soon be installing after-market power lock actuators to a 2004 Ford Ranger. I have been hearing that the Ranger is one of the more difficult vehicles to do this to. Anyone have a good process/tips/pictures/etc... to make this as simple as possible?

Na.....Rangers are easy. The door panel is easy to pull off. They usually take me 15 to 20 minutes a door. I think I have one to do tomorrow...not sure what year it is, but should be the same, and I will take some pics if you would like.

Well, ended up not having to do the 04, so i pulled the door panel off my 05. My truck already has power door locks....but hopefully the pics i took will help you.
