for lexus is just like toyota u need 2 relays 2 diodes and go to the door or if you want to avoid using the relays n diodes just go to www.xpressskit.com look up the car and wala ! you get your door locks through data

but not all lexus or toyotas are REV (5wire) polarity for door locks. some are located at the kick panel. You could use idatalink modules or CAN SL2 by Fortin to do most commands through data. time saver for sure. if you want an alarm but dont plan to tackle this urself, when in doubt go to a shop.
