Im having a problem with 04 grand prix door locks I found them at the bcm org/black and RED / black but sometimes it does not always unlock

Posting the make and model of the system will help in troubleshooting. Is it just a keyless entry system, security system, or is it a RS with keyless, did you use relays to interface the door locks or just the low current outputs from the brain of the unit, did you diode the outputs if they are low current reverse polarity outputs?

i usually pulse unlock and disarm at the same time. (ie use the unlock wire and diode isolate)

once the stock alarm is armed the unlock switch stops working, use the disarm wire instead to unlock the doors.

It would be much better for the customer to arm and disarm the factory alarm with your aftermarket remotes, and it shouldn't be any more work for you.
