First post here.

Okay in process of installing this alarm system.  I opted to install myself so if something goes wrong I know how to fix it or bypass it.  And besides I don't trust the way others work on things. I hate to see a hole drilled when there is no reason to do so.

My question is. On page 8 of the install manual, it shows what I think is a schematic of the units "on board" door lock actuating relay/s.  It is showing for either + or -  activation.  They show 12 volts + to the relay coil going in on term 86 of the relay and at term 86 they show it going to factory disarm output. Okay I don't have any thing factory to disarm.  And I know to make the relay coil work it has to have a complete circuit. So do I ground that wire?  I need someone that really knows these alarms.  Because I think that wire is on another connector group. I am going to use the onboard relays to fire remote relays that operate the door locks, as a safty deal and just didn't want to run a bunch of wires to the RH kick panel.

Thanks ahead of time for the help.

If anyone needs help hooking up remote relays to work the door locks on a 1996 F250 I know how to do that real well now.

I just left it unconnected, and everything works just fine. I still can't understand why they would show it like they did in the schematic. The installation manual has other errors as well.
