If the vehicle starts without a problem, its not a bypass problem. Check the wires for the remote start (not bypass module) to see if they are all connected and connected to the right wires on the vehicle. I know on my car (cavalier) there is a wire that needs to be connected to the wire for the heater. If that wire is not connected, then my check engine light will come on during remote start but will go out after I disengage it.

Another thing..... with your radio not working, there is some wire that is not connected. I think it might be your ignition wire, not the vehicle one, but the RS one. Just simply check all your connections. If you want me to, I can check on a website I have and see what color wires you need to connect to.

I just looked on that website and saw that you have 2 actuall ignition wires. My vehicle only has 1, but yours has 2. Your main igniton wire is pink. Your 2nd ignition wire is white and is located at the ignition harness as well. This wire is probably for your radio, but it could also be the pink wire. Both wires must be connected to the remote start. Read your manual. In it will have 2 ignition wires. One is your main ignition wire. The 2nd is your 2nd ignition wire. You must wire those accordinly.
