I am installing a Scytek Galaxy 5000rs 2w 1fm in a 95 chevy silverado k1500.  In connecting the starter harness at the ignition harness, is there a connector that I could use for the 25A power supply connection or should I strip and solder?

You have 2 choices: strip and solder to the 12v constant ignition switch wires and/or run a wire(s) out to the main fuse box under the hood. I use the wires at the ignition switch, there should be 2 12v constants on that truck

Strip the wire @ the ignition harness. the constant 12v is RED. after you have soldered, go to your kick panel or engine bay and look for the constant 12v fuse @ ignition and see what its rated for. example. if the wire on the car is rated for 25 amps, change the fuse on your remote start to 10 or 15 amps. make sure the units fuse is less than what the trunk is.

I am installing the above in a 95 Chevy K1500 with factory power door locks. When I wired the blue wire to the negative unlock output and the green wire to the negative lock output the alarm remote does not activate the lock and unlock feature. Is this a negative trigger? I need help on the wiring of the door locks. I did not use a relay. Thanks.

If your truck came with keyless from the factory you would need to change the polarity of your outputs from negative to positive. If it did not come with keyless then you would need to wire them in a 5-wire configuration. Check this link for more information.   Either way you will need two relays.

It has keyless and do I need to use singe stage or two stage reverse polarity? Thanks.

Or you could do the driver's priority unlock if you're so inclined...I think your manual has a diagram for that...unlock motor lead is tan going into the driver's door.
