I INSTALLED AN ALARM WITH A REMOTE START AND WHEN THE KEY IS IN THE 'ACC' POSITION,ALL OF THE LIGHTS COME ON THE DASH AS IF YOU WERE READY TO START THE TRUCK..ANY INFO WILL HELP..

Sounds like you have the vehicle's ignition and accessory leads connected together at the remote start. Your remote start should have separate outputs for accessory and ignition, if not, you'll need to add relays to properly isolate them from each other.
