Hello all,

Nube to the web site. Here is my problem I have had my compustar cm3000 w/2way remote lcd installed for about 8 or 9 months in my 03 infiniti FX35  . No issues until recently. first off is the remote starter. it will not start the car, it  does crank over, but it will not start. It will try 3 times and default and shut off. is that possibly the by-pass module? I'll try stick the key in the ignition to see if that eliminates that as a possibilty.  I'm just trying to see if anyone else may have had  this issue and what they had to do to resolve it.

My other issue is probably a lil simpler to help out with. I'm trying to find the programing steps, to set up the remote/car features. example would be the car would lock the doors once the vehicle has started, and unlocks the doors when turned off. messing with the remote some how I dis-engaged that feature. so what ever assistance you can provide I'd gladly appreciate.

Try the key in the ignition and if it starts then the bypass module lost it's coding. If it still fails, then you have a different problem that may be related to the tach learn. If the vehicle lost battery power for any length of time, the system will have to be re-learned.

As far as the door lock feature here's the manual for the

Compustar unit.

Thanks for your response I check it last night and inserted the key into the ignition, use the remote and the auto start fired right up. I reposition the mudule and the ring around the ignition re-wire tied and it s all good now, so that was fixed fairly quick. I lost a few feauture fumbbling around with the remote, in trying to get the auto start to work so now I'll have to reprogram.  I went to compustar last night to down load the manuels and some of it just doesn't make sense trying to follow the sequence so I'll try again tonight.

Thanks again for you response I appreciate it.
