Im installing a Prestige 997a with remote start on a 07 Eclipse Spdyder GT. The problem I am having is figuring out how to get the top to close and then have the windows roll up after I arm the alarm and walk away. How would I go about doing this? And what parts wil I need? I already have 2 power window modules (theones in the black box the just say Power Window Module written in white). Note, that in this car when you are closing the convertible top you can not raise the windows at the same time untill the top has completed its close cycle. Even if you hold the window up buttons untill the top is in place, they still will not raise untill you release the window buttons and press them again.

Describe how you operate the power top switch...does it need to be held constantly to close or is it one-touch operation?
Does the top automatically latch when it closes and the switch is still held?
What happens if the windows are all the way up and you attempt to close the power top?
Can you scan and post the instruction manual for your power window modules, or post a link to it, or post brand/model information so we can look it up?
Lastly, does this car have rear quarter windows that roll up separately or not?

In theory you could configure a 528 timer to activate windows after roof but you have to answer Chris's questions first. This is completely do-able with a 3 series BMW or Porsche 911 or Audi but they probably use a control system that works differently in practice

Just another thought; can you close windows and roof from the driver's key switch by holding the key in place as BMW?

The rear windows operate along with the front ones. The button for the top has to be held the whole time. And if the windows are up it will lower them then close the top. The window modules that are here will only operate one way. One for up and another for down. No, the key does absolutely nothing in this car. I have one window module that will let the top down and the windows will go down with it. I am having a heck of a time locating information on this car as well. Such as how to properly take the necessary panels off soo that i can get to what i need to get to, some type of diagram to help properly install the remote start and how to do it on a Eclipse with a manual transmission. And what to do about the factory alarm. Alot of people seem to like to leave the factory keyless entry/alarm intact. I dont want to make any mistakes. Sorry it took soo long to respond but on the pc at my home I cant log in to this site, i put my password and name in but then it still says i am not logged in.

Judging by your answers there you should consider having this system professionally installed - if you don't have wiring info, have never done a remote start or alarm, and can't figure out how to disassemble the car interior then you'll be in over your head trying to do everything you want to do here.
If this remote start is not designed to work with a manual transmission vehicle it should not be installed, and the rules of this site prohibit anyone from telling you how to install it.
As far as the window and top closure - it'd be somewhat of a pain for a very experienced installer(i.e. familiar with capacitors, reed switches, pulse timers, relays, resistors) to install a one touch closure setup. It can be done, but it definitely won't be a picnic.
Also FYI, the forum search, vehicle wiring, downloads section, and various others on this website are great tools if you haven't used them yet.

Well I had it installed but they cant get the driver side windows to roll up when I arm it. The passenger windows go up but not the drivers side. No one can find a diagram that mentions anything about the windows and where to make the connection.

The connection should be made directly to the motor wires which control the window up/down. That connection will be made inside the driver's door.
The first thing to do there is to switch the driver's and passenger's up outputs from the window module...if the driver's starts working you've got a defective module.
