You might have trouble finding that info on here, however you could use the "vehicle wiring" search on this site to find info on the '01-'05 Civic which would probably be similar to your car. Obviously you'll need to verify the wires with a DMM.

Look for the factory security module, it's white and in UK Civics it's mounted to right of steering column. If you pull the plug and the car still starts, then find out what each wire does, e.g. door, trunk and hood contacts, indicators (hazards) ign stand off, power and ground lock and unlock are all going into it. Just join in to it.
