I bought this and put it in it works but my remote starter doesnt work anymore so i tryed to move the relay to after the remote start relay and now the car doesnt start from the key or by the remote start any help would be great and the starter kill says that it would work with a remote start system

the keypad starter kill relay should be wired in after the key, then the remote start. So...
1. Key Cylinder
2. Keypad relay
3. Remote start
4. Starter

window modules need to go get hooked up to the window motor wires, typically found in the driver's door boot.
