I am installing an alarm in a 1997 honda accord. It uses a 12v positive trigger. My alarm only uses a negative trigger. how would i wire it? relay?

Yes a relay to reverse polarity would work.

The wire I'm test'n isn't doin' what it's supposed to be doin'... I am so glad I printed that tech sheet, with the wrong info.
Do it right the first time... or I might have to fix it for ya

relay is a must if th eunit only allows neg outputs.

85 - neg output from main unit.
86 - constant 12v
87 - constant 12v fused @ 5 - 10 amps
30 - to parking ligh wire on car
