Hi all,
     I have a quick question. I am trying to program an addtional remote to the alarm and it seems to not like the remote. The remote I got looks like the same remote that works but I cant figure out what the deal is.   I turn the key on.. hit my my valet code and hold down (star). The I hold down blank it beeps and then hit star and it beeps.   I hit the remote button , it beeps and then I hit the button again and it beeps twice....then beeps 3 times and the remote wont program.   I dont see why it wont let me use this remote.

The Cello type from the Arrow 5 is not the same as the one on the 3 as far as I believe, that might be your problem.
