04 malibu 2.2 L . wiring diagram say : ( pk3 on steel shaft of ignition key ) . it has black key . does it has a transponder sys ? first time work on this . need some advises . thank you .

Yes it has a transponder key immobilizer.

What do you mean by "first time work on this"?

PK3 is Passlock and transponder system. You need resistance and transponder override.

The wire I'm test'n isn't doin' what it's supposed to be doin'... I am so glad I printed that tech sheet, with the wrong info.
Do it right the first time... or I might have to fix it for ya
