i dont know what happen with this thing , shows " transmiter out of range " the remote did not come programmed,it took me about an hour to programmed is not difficult the thing is not detecting the remote,antenna,brain i dont know,its already programmed but takes so long to arm and disarm an shows out of range , i plug,unplug move the antena.if you have some info. thanks

Return the unit ,it is malfuntioning.
