Does your siren chirp normally on arming and disarming?  If so you're incorrectly entering programnming

1) If your siren doesn't chirp, the internal battery has failed, you wont get any chips at all.

2) Ign on, enter numbers AND DON'T FORGET TO PRESS BLANK SIDE OF SWITCH FIRMLY BETWEEN NUMBERS, when you've finished entering press BLANK SIDE AGAIN THEN PRESS AND HOLD * SIDE. Your LED should illuminate briefly when you press the blank side for the last time. If all else fails PM me with your location.
