Help, I replaced the battery in my 2002 trailblazer and now the keyless entry part of the 160xv doesn't work. When I hooked the new battery up the doors locked and unlocked 3 times as soon as it got power and now they do nothing. The lights blink and horn honks if you press the 1 or 2 button like it should, but it doesn't attempt to lock or unlock the doors. The remote start still works though. Any suggestions or where to start troubleshooting? I checked all the fuses and they are all fine. I am going to check the green and blue wires tonight and see if they still pulse and if so i guess I will trace them farther.

Thanks,

Scott

the door lock interface most likely needs to be reprogrammed. any idea which one was used? dei 457g, 1700g, xk 01, etc.

The module is a 455g and if I unplug the battery for 10 min or so it does the same unlock lock unlock lock unlock but then nothing. Is there anything that can be done to the module or should I just replace it? I talked to the installer and he said that sometime when changing the battery they can get confused and lock up. Any good places to buy this module?

Thanks,

Scott
