Im installing an alarm and a DEI 530T window module.
Alarm is compustar pro CM4000 brain.

I hooked up the ground when armed wire from the alarm (which is also used for the starter kill relay) to the orange wire on the 530T, but now my windows roll up as soon as i turn the ignition off.
I tested my ignition wire (black in the ignition harness) and im seeing ground there with the ignition off and that signal gets sent throuh the kill relay to the 530T and closes the windows.
My guess is that there shouldnt be any ground signal at the ignition wire but im not sure i looked at the wirin and it looks good i cant see where it could get the ground signal from.

Thanx

1) You don't need a 530T to do window up/down on that car. The lock and unlock in the door will roll the windows up and down (and close the sunroof)

2) The ignition wire rests at ground. Just like every other vehicle out there. The other side of the circuits that are powered by ignition are the return path to ground. Welcome to the flow of electricity 101

If you must use a 530T (again, why I don't know), diode isolate the starter kill relay and the 530T away from each other.

Can you explain that to me please?   How is your relay wired.... ?

First point, get rid of the 530t and extend the lock pulse to 15 secs if you have 4 windows and a roof to 7 secs fr 2 doors only. Second all wires on the switched side will go to ground, either through alight bulb or a starter motor etc. Third, if you must use the 530t,  where you come off the ground when armed, a diode with the bar away from the relay between the relay and the join will cure the problem. I m ust add that if you don't know that these wires will ground when the swich isn't thrown, should you be doing this?
