how can i permanently disable the factoey anti-theft on my 99 explorer

We would normally connect the factory alarm disarm wire to the door unlock wire from the alarm. Since you want to permanently disable it, you can try grounding that wire.

are you talking about the factory alarm, or the immobilizer (chip in the key)?
