Hello all, I am fairly new to the car alarm scene. When ever I get an alarm installed, its the weak 10 tone alarm that is very annoying and not very loud at all.
Most new cars come with the standard alarm that sounds like the horn going off.
My questions is how can I get an alarm that sounds like my horn is being pressed, and not the weak multi-tone alarm that only scares away cats and dogs
What should I look for, or if there are any particular names for this type of alarm, what should I ask an installer?
