I am about to begin my remote start install into my 2003 accord v6 6 speed. I have one question. I have a blue/white wire coming out of my bypass module that just says remote start. Does this hook into the remote start activation wire of my remote start unit? it is also a blue white wire.

I am installing a DEI python 950 into the car. I had hoped by getting all DEI equipment it would be pretty simple install.

Thanks

Matt

That will be connected to the dark blue status wire which is in a four pin connector on the XCRS relay pack.

Ok Great Thanks alot!
i have one more question.

On the main harness (small wired one) the WHITE/ blue wire that says remote start activation input. Where does this need to be hooked to?
All the book says is its set from the factory at 2 pulses.

Thanks

Don't connect it anywhere. This is only used in systems where you'd use an auxiliary channel of a security system to control remote start.

Then Im sure you need a 689m for the neutral safety wire.....That remote start alone is not meant for manual transmission vehicles...

he was able to program the bypass, left it in his garage, remote started it and now he has a lovely open view from inside to the garage.

...who needs a garage door anyways when you got a 2 meter opening !

well lets hope this was NOT the case.
