hello there, please help

Is this really the Tach wire is Blue at the driver of Vehicle Fuse Box? can someone pin point it for me, color of plug? # of pin plug. thank for you help

Astrochart shows blue/white @ the ECM under the hood behind the battery.

Look next to the side of the negative terminal. A large split loomed harness.
