Does anyone could approve or reject this scheme to automatically folding mirrors? The principle is to be such that, as close car, mirrors are close and when I switch the key to ignition its open.
Next case to help clarify in this scheme.
Does the impulse control of the central castle enough? Or is too short? How and from the ignition?
As a scheme that is used there is only one chip CD40106?
On the pattern used are 4 pins that chip (1, 2, 3, 4), plus pin 14 -> 12V, pin 7, 5, 9, 11, 13 to gnd (masses)? U1A and U1B is one chip? (CD40106)? What relays use? Preferably a model.

I can think of  4 different types straight away, many involve powering up that circuit for about 5 secs and then doing a relay interrupt  on the close motor wire (DEI 5 wire system), some Toyotas you have to ground the open side at the same time, on some Mits you simply send a pos 1 sec pulse to the control unit. What vehicle, it would help and what's a castle?

So pull the switch, use a DMM and tell us what happens when you hit the fold button. N.B. If this is factory fold, this must be a late spec, I can't remember folding mirrors, if there were I would have been asked to include them with an alarm or alarm R/S, I've done enough of the nasty little cars.

P.S. I couldn't get through on that link.

What time of the morning are you on the web? By the way some of those diodes look the wrong way round.
