So Best Buy installed my viper alarm 3002...and its only doing a single alarm tone. I've read that it features the revenger 6 tone and i cant find out where to change it help!!!!!!!!!

There should be two looped wires on the siren. If the BLACK/ white wire was cut this is why you only have one tone. Reconnect the loop.
