Im doing an alarm install on a honda civic that didnt have power locks so i added actuators all the way around and followed the five wire diagram in the relay section but I still cant get the alarm to trigger the relays for some reason it is a K-9 eclipse alarm im using the common wires to trigger the relays but im wondering if those arent the wires i noticed when i touch the relays to ground they trigger so is the common wire not a ground trigger????? please help me im so confused

"5-wire" and "adding actuators" are not the same type of doorlocks.

In a 5-wire install, pins 87a on either relay go towards an existing doorlock switch. Adding actuators, pins 87a go to ground.

There's no install manual on this site for your alarm, so you'll have to describe what your manual lists as doorlock wires from the alarm brain. What colors are they and how does it describe them?
