Do I need to diode isolate my door triggers with this alarm?? If so how do I do that?

Yes you do. DOOR TRIGGER----------grn/blk & lt. blue .  The GREEN/ black is located in the lower drivers kick panel.  It catches the drivers door only.  The light blue is located in the lower passenger kick panel, and catches the passenger door(s).

ok what are those things between the door triggers and the wire for the alarm.  Where can I get them??

Those are your diodes & you can get them at any electronics shop.

Get some 1N4001 1 amp diodes. This should be more than enough.
