I have a 2003 miata with a viper 350HV alarm. It was professionally installed to have a valid warranty. Does anyone have the installation wriing diagram for this alarm and I want to add the 530T window module and would like to have this wiring diagram also. Please help. Thank you

There is a copy of the 320Hv manual on the below page. It should be at least similar to the 350 https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/downloads.asp?srch=all&term=viper

Be advised that altering that existing install is likely to void your warranty on the alarm.

Just take the orange and RED / white from the alarm and follow the instructions on the 530t. Mount it in the car NOT one of the doors.

It bloody well is when I,m sitting here not having to do anything. I've got a London Taxi this week, you'd love it. Low neg for the front doors and FOUR relays for the back....... the lock and unlock don't "sit" on ground so I have to pulse pos to lock and neg to unlock at same time! Actually I only need two, take the relay driven close wire from the alarm and split it to the unlock side, ha only 2 relays needed but you need the dreaded DEI 1076 on the bloody door contacts!

Thanks for the help. You are correct it would be dumb to have installed and then void warranty with a self installed 530T.

Problems !! I took the 530T to the store that installed the 350HV. The installer worked hard to setup the system. However he could no get the windows to work with the alarm remote. He wired it up so I would have one touch up/down and that when I turn off the ignition the windows will roll all the way up. I can use the remote to vent the windows or roll all the way down but they will not roll up when I arm the system. Does anyone have an answer. Your help would make me a happy man. Thank You

The orange ground when armed output wire of the alarm must be split with 2 diodes. One side will go to the starter kill, the other to the ground when armed input of the 530T. Without the diodes, ground back feeds from the ignition thru the starter kill relay and to the 530T. After the diodes are installed your windows will stop rolling up when you turn the ignition off (which is how it should be).

1N4001 or a 1N4002 or a 1N4003 or a 1N4004 or a 1N4005 all the way to a 1N4007 Basically any 1 amp diode will do.

You know if the shop couldn't get a simple job like this right should you worry about their warantee, they should have known about diode to orange or across relay, in plain English they shouldn't have let you have the car back without it working properly.
